My grandson was stillborn October 3. They exactly reproduced his handprint and footprint on a delicate silver pendant. I bought one for me and one for his Mom and we will cherish them. Great customer service and quick turnaround.

Customer service was amazing. I had a lot of customization done, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. There was an issue during shipping, and even though it wasn't their fault, they sent a replacement right away. They're super fast and very professional. Highly recommend!

The necklace is exactly what I wanted for my 3 year old nice to celebrate being a big sister. It’s the perfect size for a 3 year-old. The E with her birthstone is so precious and doesn’t look cheap and the price point was not overly expensive where she can enjoy wearing it without anybody worrying that she’s going lose it or keep it hidden in the jewelry box! So! I ordered three of these necklaces and ordered size 12” for each one. The company contracted me to clarify my sizes, which I realized at that time, were wrong. She fixed them for me and ordered the 16”. Great customer service! If she hadn’t messaged me, all the necklaces would have been a waste of money. Great quality and great service across the board!

I have had this necklace for about a month and a half now, and I never take it off! I have been to the beach, to springs, sweating outdoors and the necklace has held up amazingly! And the customer service was great!! Unbeknownst to me the package got lost, and they informed me and sent out a new one! I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend to anyone!

Love this ring! Beautiful and well made! The picture doesn't capture how beautiful it is!Just I wish I could have added more than 5 birthstones as I have 8 children( 6 birthstones in total as multiple births in the same month different years😅) and only been able to put max 5 birthstones. I had to wait a lot for the delivery, but the waiting was well worth it! I definitely would recommend it!
