Love this ring! Beautiful and well made! The picture doesn't capture how beautiful it is!Just I wish I could have added more than 5 birthstones as I have 8 children( 6 birthstones in total as multiple births in the same month different years😅) and only been able to put max 5 birthstones. I had to wait a lot for the delivery, but the waiting was well worth it! I definitely would recommend it!

However, if your jewelry has tarnished due to external factors such as exposure to certain chemicals or moisture, there are a few things you can do to restore its shine. Non-personalized items: We accept returns on all US orders within 90 days.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with packaging and barcode intact (if any)
- In all original packaging (box, care kit, insert card, and pouch included)
Cost of return label will be deducted from the final refund amount unless customer pays it. Otherwise, The customer will bare return the cost.
Kindly note that all items must be sent within 7 days or the return authorization will expire and will be ineligible for future returns/exchanges.
If an order is marked as delivered per the post or delivery carrier and it was shipped correctly to the address stated per the order confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund unless we can retrieve the item back. Please reach out to our team so we can make sure to locate the order.
Personalized items:All items with custom letters, birthstones or engraving are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these items we are not able to change or refund an engraved piece unless there is an issue or mistake with the item. However, we do want you to love your Zumra Jewels, so please let us know any concerns at info@zumrajewels.com
If you wish to exchange the items you purchased for a different size or colour, please contact us. You may be required to pay duties, taxes and other applicable fees during the exchange process, and said exchange depends on the available stock at ZUMRA JEWELS. Customers also have to pay return and shipping fee plus labor for the items they wish to exchange for size, color etc unless there is a mistake caused by Zumra Jewels! Please note that custom made items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made specifically at your request.
Please note in case of return of solid cross pendant necklace and bracelets the amount of $79 will be deducted for labor, handling and shipping fee. Customers who orders non-personalized solid gold items would accept this at the time of purchase.
All earrings and piercing jewelry are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Once an exchange or store credit is issued on an order, this cannot be changed to a future refund, exchange, or store credit.
