This number has special meaning for me. It was created differently than I expected and it’s a little thin. I expected it to be thicker and not built into the chain. With that said I want to be certain the creators know, I’m not disappointed. I wear this necklace everyday and I love it.
Well this was a replacement necklace as the first one literally just split in half (the chain)….. there’s must’ve been a weak spot in the chain. Don’t really know. Thought it want replaced for free, they did help me out with a discount. HOWEVER, the DELIVERY was much less desirable. What a total nightmare! This was supposed to be for my daughter’s college graduation, she wanted to wear it. It was supposed to be delivered in PLENTY of time before we left, as we were traveling to the graduation, but apparently there was some issue with the address label and the driver couldn’t deliver it. After I tracked it MYSELF, I read there was an issue and also made aware of 2 different delivery services being used. Not my choice, this is the vendors choice. So after calling UPS to find out the issue was they told me it was being delivered by USPS now, they gave me the phone number and new tracking number, then I called. OMG, they said they DIDN’T have the necklace and wasn’t delivering it!! It was still with UPS! This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Once I contacted the vendor, Zumra, they were having trouble understanding the issue, they kept thinking it was an address issue because that’s what the email stated that I received from UPS, but after talking to UPS and USPS it was determined it was the packaging label that was the issue and I kept telling Zumra they needed to call them to correct the issue. They just didn’t understand …….. so finally they did what they were supposed to and Needles to say we left for the graduation without it, and my daughter didn’t have it for her graduation. Once we returned it was here and she loves it as much as she did the first time she received it. It is a very nice, dainty necklace. I will shop again from Zumra, I just hope the communication will improve. Sally was very kind and helpful.

However, if your jewelry has tarnished due to external factors such as exposure to certain chemicals or moisture, there are a few things you can do to restore its shine. It is a great economical alternative to solid gold. An actual layer of gold is pressure bonded to another metal. GF is not to be confused with gold plating as it literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. GF is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colours. As a matter of fact, anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled.

Non-personalized items: We accept returns on all US orders within 90 days.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with packaging and barcode intact (if any)
- In all original packaging (box, care kit, insert card, and pouch included)
Cost of return label will be deducted from the final refund amount unless customer pays it. Otherwise, The customer will bare return the cost.
Kindly note that all items must be sent within 7 days or the return authorization will expire and will be ineligible for future returns/exchanges.
If an order is marked as delivered per the post or delivery carrier and it was shipped correctly to the address stated per the order confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund unless we can retrieve the item back. Please reach out to our team so we can make sure to locate the order.
Personalized items:All items with custom letters, birthstones or engraving are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these items we are not able to change or refund an engraved piece unless there is an issue or mistake with the item. If you wish to exchange the items you purchased for a different size or colour, please contact us. You may be required to pay duties, taxes and other applicable fees during the exchange process, and said exchange depends on the available stock at ZUMRA JEWELS. Customers also have to pay return and shipping fee plus labor for the items they wish to exchange for size, color etc unless there is a mistake caused by Zumra Jewels! Please note that custom made items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made specifically at your request.
Please note in case of return of solid cross pendant necklace and bracelets the amount of $79 will be deducted for labor, handling and shipping fee. Customers who orders non-personalized solid gold items would accept this at the time of purchase.
All earrings and piercing jewelry are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Once an exchange or store credit is issued on an order, this cannot be changed to a future refund, exchange, or store credit.
